Giveaway: My Wild Kitchen Cookbook

Good morning! Time for a giveaway!

Fellow Texan, wild game chef, and blogger Noel Stacey with My Wild Kitchen recently came out with a cookbook, My Wild Kitchen – Venison Steaks, Backstraps, and Tenders. Today I’m giving away TWO free online editions of it! Her wheelhouse is Texas comfort food with wild game, and in my mind, there is nothing better. Every time her recipes pop up in my email, my mouth waters a bit.

To enter, answer the following question in the comments by 4pm Thursday, May 5th.

What is your favorite comfort food?

Winner will be announced Friday. I can’t wait to hear your responses! I know they will make me hungry.

Anything wild but sure hard to beat my fried venison backstrap…just got note from friend I hadn’t talked to in years saying he sure was hungry for some of my backstrap! It must be a comfort to others beside me and my family!
